I guess it comes from growing up in a place that can only hope to see rain twice a year. Here it's available for a limited time only each season. Hence, my dream of retiring near Seattle. Know of any other locales with rain year-round, and a great (moderate) climate? I'm open to suggestions! :)

In Sri Lanka, in wet zone (Western Part) we get rain through out the year.
